We played two big games in the last couple of weeks, Virginia Wesleyan and EMU.We had a disappointing loss to Virginia Wesleyan,but we were able to keep the pressure on and played with confidence and pride. We then played EMU and won 3-1. What an exciting win. Our record now is 11-3-1 overall and 5-2 in the ODAC Conference.
It is hard to believe my freshman season as a Bridgewater Eagle is coming to an end. We have four more games to play and then the ODAC tournament. We have had some disappointing losses and some gratifying wins. At the beginning of the season, we came as individuals and somewhere during the season we became a team. We have won as a team and we have lost as a team, BUT, one thing for sure, WE ARE A TEAM. We have set goals, and we have accomplished them. We have made BC History, and we are still striving for more. I know for myself, it has been an amazing ride.
We travel to Lynchburg tomorrow night for our next big ODAC game against Lynchburg College. The game is scheduled for 7:00 pm.
